How do I book a session?

Can I choose my tutor?
Yes. You can browse our team and request a specific tutor, or let us match you based on your subject, exam, and learning style. We recommend matching for best results, but the choice is entirely yours.
Are sessions online or in person?
All standard sessions are online via Zoom or Google Meet, accessible from anywhere in the world. In-person sessions in Bristol or London may be available on request — contact us to discuss.
Can I record my sessions?
Yes. Session recordings are available on request at no extra cost. Just let your tutor know at the start of the session and they will share the recording afterwards.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the session rate. We understand emergencies happen — just let us know as soon as possible.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes — 5% off for 3 sessions, 10% off for 5 sessions, and 15% off for 10 sessions. Packages offer the best overall value and include additional resources not available on hourly bookings.
Can sessions cover multiple subjects?
Absolutely. Packages can be split across different subjects — for example, 4 UCAT sessions and 4 MMI sessions within the Complete package. Just tell us your needs and we'll build the right plan.
Do you offer tutoring in Arabic?
Yes. Several of our tutors are fluent Arabic speakers and can deliver sessions fully in Arabic. This is popular with Egyptian, Emirati, and Saudi students applying to UK medical or dental schools. Contact us to request an Arabic-speaking tutor.
